Risk disclosure

Last updated 3 November 2026

Trading involves risk of loss, and you may lose more than you expect. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on this website is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security.

Trading involves risk of loss

The value of shares and other securities can fall as well as rise. You may get back less than you put in, and in some circumstances you can lose all of it. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Stops do not guarantee a price

A stop loss limits risk in normal conditions, but it is not a guarantee. Prices can gap through a stop, for example overnight or on news, and the order may fill at a materially worse price. Rules reduce risk; they cannot remove it.

Past performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. No historical outcome, of any trader or any approach, is a promise about what happens next.

Not advice

Our services are education on process and discipline. We do not tell anyone what to buy or sell, publish signals, or manage money. A disclaimer cannot make advice lawful, which is why we do not give it. If you want advice on financial products, speak to a licensed financial services provider.

Currency, liquidity and costs

Foreign shares carry currency risk. Less liquid shares can be hard to sell at a fair price. Commissions, taxes and spreads reduce returns and should be included in every decision.
